Best Toothpaste for Teeth Whitening

One of the easiest ways to whiten your teeth at home is to brush your teeth frequently and correctly. This is especially important if you frequently consume drinks or food that can cause your teeth to yellow. You should brush your teeth twice a day, for at least 2 minutes at a time, making sure to get into all the crevices and hard-to-reach areas. Using a toothpaste that is specially formulated to aid in teeth whitening, such as Colgate® Optic White® Advanced Toothpaste, is a great way to double down and achieve maximum results at home. Whitening toothpaste often contains mild abrasives that scrub the teeth to help remove surface stains while still being gentle enough to be safe.
